A pottery favissa, 3300 years old, adjacent to Tel Qashish

For the first time, a favissa dated to the 13th century BCE, has been discovered near Tel Qashish, north of Yokneam.During excavations of the Israel Antiquities Authority in 2010, a trove of pottery vessels was found to the north of the Tel, dated to the Late Bronze Age IIB (1300-1200 BCE).I
